taki arrived in our home on january 31st, 2019. she is endless and ageless, but appeared to us as a dog that was three human years old.
her month of birth in this form is approximated to be late june. i, as her humble servant, found it an honor to share my own birthday with such a creature, and thusly named her birthday june 22nd.
taki is primarily a NORWEGIAN BUHUND, though she holds the coloration of a german shepherd and is often mistaken as such. she is 30-40lbs in weight, and considered a medium sized dog.
the name "taki" does NOT originate from the chip of the same name. this is merely a coincidence.
in reality, her name derives from a feminization of the character "TAAKO" from THE ADVENTURE ZONE: BALANCE. (as i was a mere child of 17, the Mother had to approve of this, or i would have likely chosen "LUP".)
taki is a REACTIVE DOG. she is a small creature in a very large world, and she cannot be faulted for her nerves.
the true fault lies in her previous hosts, of which she had three. each one could not handle the magnitude of her powers and returned her.
she was on the list to be relieved from her mortal form of this life, her spirit to be released to another reincarnation, when we rescued her. she is eternally grateful for this.
taki has SEVERE ANXIETY and is wary of strangers and anything else that moves oddly. she will bite=when threatened, and she feels threatened very often.
contrary to initial beliefs, taki is FULL OF LOVE. she is fiercely protective over her family, and therein lies the source of her fears. if anything happened to us, i have no doubt she would bring the wrath of the heavens down upon the mortal land.
her favorite activities include CRAWLING INSIDE MY SKIN, SCREAMING, and SLEEPING.
you may ask; "if her name is taki, why do you call her beef?"
some time ago, an image of her was sent to a collection of indidivuals, and a friend referred to her as a beaſt. this was understandably hilarious, and it stuck. very quickly, it devolved into the word "beeft", and then the iconic "beef" of today.
she is also fat like a large cow.
